We are on the lookout for a dedicated Part-Time Duty Store Manager to join our team. From serving customers and supervising staff, we are searching for a person with a positive can-do attitude, energetic, has a passion for developing an efficient team, and most importantly be able to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

Your purpose is ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. You'll be supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries and working collaboratively as part of the store management team. All the while, you'll be honing your leadership skills and truly making a difference for your team and our customers.

Your day will consist of:

Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts.

Offering feedback to the team that's clear, constructive, and inspiring.

Effectively and responsibly delegate within the store.

Assisting Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the grocery and fresh produce department.

Being a customer service superstar and serving customers at the registers with a smile

Keeping shelves stocked with products so that our customers can find all their favorites.

Ensure that stock and fixture price marking and ticketing is of the highest standard.

Minimize and manage shrinkage/loss;

Build a culture of support, customer focus, compliance and community.

Afternoon shifts, one weekend shift.

Experience and qualification required:

2+ years’ experience in a Supermarket industry

2+ Years leadership experience, demonstrated within the Retail Supermarket industry;

The ability to work within a dynamic and physical retail environment;

Exceptional leadership qualities - the ability to engage, coach and motivate individuals and teams;

Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXPERIENCE IN THE SUPERMARKET INDUSTRY ONLY AND NO OTHER RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
