What we’re looking for:

• Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
  or Certificate III in Individual Support
• Proven experience as an AIN
• Full working rights in Australia
• Current serology proof of vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook for healthcare workers.
• National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)
• A genuine, empathetic approach to patient care
• Willingness to travel within QLD for short-term contracts

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with daily patient care needs – hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Observing and reporting changes in patient condition
• Supporting senior clinical staff under delegation
• Ensuring quality care within scope of AIN practice
