What We’re Looking For:

Leadership experience – You’ve successfully led a small to medium-sized team and know how to bring out the best in people

Customer-first mindset – You thrive in a service-driven environment and enjoy engaging with people

Industry experience – Background in retail, hospitality, warehousing, or customer service is a big plus
