About the Role

We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Administrator for a 12-month, part time parental leave contract, working 3-4 days per week (full time hours may be available to the right candidate). This position will accrue annual and personal leave entitlements.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to Directors, Mining Consultants, and Front of Office. Training for a lucrative career as a mining tenement management consultant may be available to a star performer!

Duties and Responsibilities

Issue invoices and follow up on payments.

Document control and administrative support for mining tenement applications and renewals, including Work Program Approvals, Variations, Annual Reports, Statement of Expenditure Statements, Native Title advertising and Cultural Heritage searches - training will be provided.

Client file administration and data entry.

Generate monthly reports and upcoming tasks reporting.

Manage Client File spreadsheets.

General administration duties such as mail management and office supply sourcing, providing exceptional customer service for clients and efficient office support.

Promote a safety culture at UTM Global and undertake activities that improve safety and safety awareness.

About You

Our ideal candidate is organised and customer-focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.

You will have a high aptitude for learning new processes and systems, with an interest in regulation and compliance.

1-3 years of Administration experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred; government or legal administrative experience is highly valued!

No formal qualifications are required, however, a certificate in Business Administration would be well regarded

Recent graduates or University students in Law, Geology, or Business (who can commit to 3-4 days weekly for 12 months) with administration experience are encouraged to apply
