Workforce International are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic production worker to join our clients dynamic team, located in Bibra Lake. This role is ideal for someone with forklift experience who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday (6am - 2pm) with potential overtime

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to safely transport raw materials and pallets within the plant

Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications

Assist with general labour tasks, such as cleaning, organising work areas, and supporting team members as needed

Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly

Maintain compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and health and safety procedures

Powders

Bag powders safely and efficiently

Placing filled bags in designated areas and ensuring correct labelling and compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

Forklift Licence

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting, particularly with chemicals or powders, is highly desirable

Positive team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks

This is an ongoing role with potential to become fulltime - only candidates with full working rights will be considered.
