Who We Are:

Sunnydale is a well-established, progressive broadacre cropping business located in the central Wheatbelt of Western Australia. We crop wheat, barley, oats, lupins, canola, and hay across 3,070 hectares, with plans for steady expansion.

The farm has been operating under management for the past two years and is owned by young family farmers focused on running a tight, profitable, and well-organised operation. We’ve implemented strong systems and procedures across the board to make management clear and effective.

Who We’re Looking For:

· A working manager with strong experience in broadacre farming operations.

· A proactive, forward-thinking individual who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You anticipate challenges and act decisively, see opportunities for improvement and take initiative to make them happen.

· A confident leader capable of managing and motivating our team of three full-time staff.

· Someone passionate about precision agriculture and efficient farm management.

· An excellent communicator and planner, who can clearly direct operations and uphold high standards.

· Experienced in machinery operation and proactive maintenance, with strong mechanical skills.

· Someone who’s ready to settle into a stable, long-term role with real growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

· Oversee day-to-day farm operations and manage staff effectively.

· Ensure optimal crop production through careful planning and hands-on management.

· Operate machinery as needed.

· Implement and improve farm systems to enhance productivity and profitability.

· Report directly to the business owner, always ensuring open and clear communication.
