Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care both in-person and over the phone

Accurately dispense and verify medicinal cannabis prescriptions

Ensure compliance with Federal SAS-B and Authorised Prescriber frameworks, along with state-specific regulations

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clinic partners including doctors, nurses, and support staff

Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to support patient education on product options

Prepare patient orders for collection with care and attention to detail

Oversee stock management and controlled drug handling (S8), ensuring accurate records

Uphold best practices in workplace health and safety, security, and loss prevention

Supervise pharmacy assistants and team members

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Pharmacy and unrestricted AHPRA General registration is a must

Experience working as a Pharmacist in a busy, dynamic environment

Ability to adapt quickly to changes and embrace new systems and procedures

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Prior experience with medicinal cannabis is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
