Position Overview:

As part of our team, you will be involved in various tasks, including rural fencing installation and maintenance, and other agricultural labor as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in rural contracting or further enhance their existing knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of all types of rural fencing, including boundary, stock, and electric fencing.
• Operate and maintain machinery, including tractors, for tasks such as post-setting and materials transportation.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety.
• Participate in other general agricultural tasks as required, depending on the project needs.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience with rural fencing and agricultural labor is preferred but not essential.
• Tractor operation experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and responsibilities.
