About the role

As an Assistant Baker, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, including:​

Preparing ingredients, scaling, and weighing for recipes

Creating savoury items, pizzas, muffins, brownies, and slices

Helping with croissants and danishes

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

Washing up and maintaining equipment

Packing and organising products for the shop

Pitching in where needed – it’s a team effort

Working hours

Tuesday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM​

Opportunity to transition into a full-time position after a few months for the right person.

What we’re looking for

6–12 months experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or café

Reliability, punctuality, and comfort with early starts

Ability to follow written instructions

A team player with a positive attitude
