We’re looking for a passionate, qualified Automotive Technician who wants more than a standard gig. If you're proud of what you do and want to take the next step to upgrade your skills to Diesel Mechanic, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics on a range of buses – everything from minibuses to tour coaches and trailers

Maintaining high-quality standards and safe working practices as per TCC policies and procedures

Working closely with a highly experienced supportive workshop team

Undertaking apprenticeship training to attain your heavy vehicle mechanical qualification

Documenting all repairs including parts usage

What We’re Looking For

A Qualified Automotive Technician (Cert III or equivalent)

Someone who is ready to take their career to the next level

Someone who is able to step up in their role and take initiative and pride in their work and enjoys thinking outside of the box with the ability to problem solve

A strong diagnostic skill set and willingness to learn is definitely desirable

Good communication skills to liaise with fellow staff and provide technical explanations

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to work to schedules with strong time management skills

A valid driver's license - MR/HR license is highly desirable but not essential (that will be part of your training)
