About the role

As a City Bus Driver - Coach Driver with Hop on Hop off', you'll play a crucial role in providing reliable and efficient tourist transportation services in Brisbane. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. The role is based in Brisbane QLD 4000.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating large passenger buses or coaches along established routes and schedules

Providing excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with boarding and alighting as needed

Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle

Adhering to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies

Maintaining accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents or issues

Assisting with loading and unloading of passenger luggage as required

Participating in ongoing training to enhance driving skills and customer service abilities

What we're looking for

A valid heavy vehicle or passenger transport licence with a proven track record of safe driving

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for passengers

Strong time management and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time departures and arrivals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues

Commitment to safety and a keen attention to detail to maintain vehicle and passenger safety

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
