With a strong focus on dignity, respect, and person-centred care, we are expanding our clinical team and are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in both disability and aged care, and the ability to support and guide frontline staff.

About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse who not only excels in clinical care but is also capable of providing leadership and mentoring to care teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients’ health needs while guiding support workers and ensuring best-practice service delivery in line with NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Collaborate with clients, families, GPs, allied health, and internal teams to ensure coordinated care

Provide clinical leadership to support staff, including mentoring, supervision, and competency assessments

Assist with onboarding and training of new care staff in clinical best practices

Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and legislative frameworks (NDIS, Aged Care Quality Standards)

Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting standards

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in community nursing, aged care, or disability services

Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising support staff (e.g. team leader, mentor, or shift coordinator)

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Commitment to person-centred, culturally safe, and inclusive care

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (travel reimbursed)

NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and up-to-date vaccinations (including COVID-19)

Current CPR and First Aid certification
