SALARY: Based on experience $85,000 to $110,000 and KM reimbursement for full time staff.

BCRG is a registered charity, non-profit organisation, and NDIS provider with over 30 years of experience working alongside children and families. We are seeking an experienced Early intervention Manager and therapist to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Manage daily operations and service delivery for the team, ensuring compliance with best practices and organisational standards.

Lead, mentor, and support a small team of occupational therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery whilst supporting their professional development.

Offer clinical supervision and guidance to strengthen the skills and confidence of the early intervention team.

Execute quality improvement plans aimed at expanding services, improving processes, and boosting client satisfaction.

Deliver early intervention services to a reduced caseload of clients aged 0-18 years.

Support the team to continue and establish new school holiday group programs.

Update and maintain the service agreement and related service delivery policies.

ABOUT YOU:

Essential Criteria

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy OR Speech Pathology

Registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia)

At least 4 years clinical experience, including paediatrics and NDIS.

A passion for supporting and leading other therapists to develop their skills and confidence

Able to work independently and as part of a team

A commitment to working flexibly in response to individual families’ needs and priorities using a family centred, strengths-based approach

Exceptional interpersonal, written communication, and time management skills, with a commitment to fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Experience providing supervision and/or leadership to other therapists

Current Drivers Licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance

NSW Working with Children Check

NDIS worker clearance check

Desirable Criteria:

Experience working with families from a variety of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

Full time or part time position, we will work with you to design a schedule that meets your needs.
