About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Cocktail Bar Tender/ Creator to join our team at Seadrift Distillery in Brookvale, NSW. This is a casual position with 16-20 hours per week, offering regular hours, a flexible work environment and the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills. You'll be getting in at the ground level on the most exciting development in the industry - mindful drinking with one of the worlds best prodcuts.

As a key member of our small hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and delivering exceptional customer service. For the right candidate there will be opportunities to work with our brand team to develop menus for some of our key accounts including top restaurants.

What you'll be doing

Creating unique and visually appealing cocktails using our premium spirits and local ingredients

Providing friendly and knowledgeable bartender service to customers

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies

Promoting our products and services to customers

Contributing to the development of new cocktail recipes and bar offerings

Adhering to all relevant safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as a Bar Tender or Mixologist, ideally two years a hospitality or bar environment

A passion for creating innovative cocktails and a keen interest in the art of mixology and an eye for detail.

A passion for the mindful drinking movement and the role of non-alcholics in creating balance.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable experience for our guests

Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced bar environment

A liquor service qualification (RSA)

A positive, friendly and team-oriented attitude
