We are looking for a strong and experienced Sous Chef to join The Marrickville Ritz kitchen leadership team following an amazing renovation and upgrade to the restaurant and Hotel. Our ideal candidate has experience in a similar role and is passionate about excellent in food production and service.

Be competent in stock control & management

Have experience working in similar style venues

Be an excellent communicator

Have a desire to progress and grow within your trade

Have a good understanding of food safety principles
