About the Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead a performance focused team at their busy Carousel Shopping Centre store. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established store, set the tone for an inclusive and motivated team culture, and deliver exceptional service to every customer who walks through the door.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, inspiring, and mentoring a team of 8 to create a welcoming, customer-first store environment
• Driving strong sales performance and coaching your team to meet and exceed store targets & KPI's
• Managing day-to-day operations including stock control, and high Visual Merchandising standards
• Upskilling a collaborative team culture where feedback, development, and recognition are key
• Championing the customer experience - knowing your local customer and building lasting connections

What You'll Bring

• A strong background in retail management - either as a Flagship ASM or Store Manager
• A hands-on, engaging leadership style with a passion for developing others
• Strong operational and volume stock management skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• A love for customer connection and delivering service that goes above and beyond
• Clear, confident communication and a solution-focused mindset
