About the role

Mimosa Byron Bay is searching for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the operations of our accessories, gifting and lifestyle store in Byron Bay. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of a thriving local business and lead a small team to further success.

What you'll be doing

Lead a small team and deliver a warm, welcoming customer experience

Merchandise beautifully and maintain a polished store presentation

Manage stock levels, reordering, and inventory control (Shopify experience a bonus)

Report weekly on sales, customer trends & store feedback

Help grow our social media presence & customer loyalty base

Work closely with the owners to roll out offers, activations & store initiatives

Contribute to buying decisions based on customer insight and trend awareness

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail management role, preferably within the accessories, gifting or lifestyle sectors

A great sense of style and a keen eye for visual merchandising with an understanding of consumer trends

Personable, self-motivated, and full of energy

Confident with Shopify or similar POS platforms.
