Pathways Residences is a luxury Residential Aged Care provider in Sydney. We are currently looking for an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator or Diversional Therapist to join our team. This is a full time role based in Northbridge NSW 2063.

The role:

As an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator / Diversional Therapist, you will lead the Lifestyle Team.

The role will see you design, coordinate and implement recreational activities for our Residents. You will be a beacon of leadership and motivation to the team that you lead - which will have Recreational Activities Officers, activity nurses and other support staff such as bus drivers. You will be responsible for the diversional therapy being delivered in the facility, beginning to end. You will greatly benefit from working alongside other allied health experts within the residence and utilise their expertise to aide your programs.

About you:

Fun, outgoing, energetic

Hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Leisure & Health) - or related qualification

Experience in implementing lifestyle programs and activities for Residents

Can lead a team

What we offer:

$65,000-$75,000 per annum (commensurate with experience) + superannuation

4 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks personal leave + paid public holidays off + 1 additional EA public holiday
