The Role
We’re looking for a senior-level L2/L3 engineer who is eager to step into a lead role. This could suit either an experienced Engineer with leadership ambitions or someone with proven team lead or management experience.

You'll be the technical escalation point while mentoring and guiding the service desk team, ensuring top-tier service delivery. This is a clear pathway to Service Desk Manager in the near future.

Key Responsibilities
�� Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex IT issues.
�� Act as an escalation point and mentor for the service desk team.
��Support your manager with improvements. processes, and best practices.
�� Assist in managing escalations and troubleshooting critical IT incidents.
�� Configure, manage, and support Microsoft environments, including:

• Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows Server & Windows 10/11
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, Cloud Services
• Intune & Endpoint Management
  �� Oversee IT security best practices, including backup solutions and cybersecurity protocols.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in an MSP environment (essential).
✔ Strong Microsoft tech stack knowledge (O365, Azure, AD, Windows Server).
✔ Current L2 or L3 experience with a passion for leadership.
✔ Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
✔ Permanent Residency (PR) or Australian Citizenship required.
