The Fair Traders is a healthy food Distributor specialising in Australian made brands. We operate in the independent grocery and health food retail space across NSW and ACT. We are looking for a full time sales representative to grow sales with our existing customer base, and to bring on new stores as well. Working closely with our Sales Manager and the rest of our friendly team of professionals.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and is looking for an opportunity to grow with us. The majority of this role is on the road, in stores Sydney Metro. FMCG industry experience would be great, but the most important attributes we are looking for are:

Amazing people skills with the ability to build strong working relationships

Commercial acumen with an ability to adapt communication style to meet customer needs

Results focused, keen to work and grow as the company expands

Strong organisational skills

Sales repping skills ideally within B2B industry
