We invite enthusiastic and energetic candidates with farm work or related agriculture / horticulture work experience to join the team at our SuniTAFE SMART Farm Campus, in Irymple.

Key Selection Criteria:

Experience in farm work or related agriculture/horticulture work

Experience in harvest work (Citrus and Avocado etc)

Knowledge of farm practices such as crop management

Familiar with OHS and safe working practices

Drivers Licence

Forklift licence desirable but not essential

Good work ethic

Willingness to work flexible hours

Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members

Communication skills to be able to report issues, ask questions and coordinate tasks

Ability to operate farm equipment and machinery

Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, working outdoors, standing and bending with a moderate level of fitness

The successful candidate will be required to provide:

A successful criminal record check which is less than 6 months old; and

A working with children check

A fit to work medical clearance may be required
