Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our home care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. This includes:

• Personal care
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
• Engaging in social activities

This is a Full Time Permanent role working Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm. Joining the team you'll work across the suburbs of Balwyn, Kew, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Mount Waverley and Box Hill.

To be successful, you will have:

• Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualification
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Evidence of one COVID-19 vaccinations
• Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
• Own vehicle and Victorian drivers licence
