Glassco Australia, located at Dandenong South, 3175, Melbourne, Victoria, is looking for a full-time glazier.Based in Victoria, we specialise in custom glass installations for shopfronts, office fit-outs, balustrades, partitions, and more. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, safety, and customer service, we deliver tailored solutions for projects of all sizes.

Position: Full time, minimum 38 hours per week

Salary: $76000 per superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

Review project specifications and measure spaces to determine glass type and size.

Inspect glass for imperfections and mark defects before processing.

Set up glass on padded tables or jigs for accurate cutting and shaping.

Handle, transport, and install glass products safely, following Australian standards.

Measure, mark, and cut glass precisely using templates and hand tools.

Install glass panels, shopfronts, partitions, balustrades, and other architectural features.

Smooth and polish glass edges to achieve clean, professional finishes.

Apply treatments such as coating, cutting, and etching to meet design or performance needs.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a glazier.

Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Professional communication skills for dealing with clients and team members.

Good knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the glazing industry.
