Vitality Club is an industry-leading Aged Care provider, delivering high-quality, personalised and holistic services to people with diverse lived experiences. We are proud to stand out as a friendly face in care and deliver services with respect, understanding and our trademark streak of vitality.
We are a young, but fast growing organisation on track to be one of Australia's leading community providers. We started as a free walking group and now have a multidisciplinary Allied Health and care team seeing clients in Sydney, the Central Coast, and Melbourne. Our services and scope are continually expanding as we position ourselves to evolve with the ever-changing landscape of the Aged Care sector. We are passionate about our industry and offer a fun and dynamic workplace, with opportunities for professional and personal development. We are excited to have a client services guru join our Sydney team.
The Opportunity:
Our client services team is the heart of our business. They have a robust understanding of our systems and processes as well as a deep understanding of the care journey, who guide and advocate for clients every step of the way. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will provide our clients the support and advocacy required to access the care and support support they need.
Duties:
Coordinate and guide our clients through the referral process - from initial contact to scheduled appointments and account management.
Answer enquiry phone calls and emails.
Provide clear information to our clients and their supports regarding the variety of services that Vitality Club offers, relevant to our policies and procedures.
Effectively handle and document client feedback and complaints.
Liaise and communicate with the client services team as well as our mobile practitioners.
Manage a high referral intake load through the My Aged Care portal.
Why VC?:
Be part of an enthusiastic and engaging team, who will assist to foster and develop your skills.
Contribute to the growth and development of our business - whether you have skills in marketing, social media, delivering in-services, writing educational pieces or streamlining operations and processes we will help you to develop both in your role and as a well-rounded professional with plenty of opportunity for growth and progression.
You will be guided and mentored by senior management with a thorough induction and training program. You will be part of a high performing and supportive team and will have a monthly one-on-one development meeting with your Manager.
Flexible and varied working conditions supporting both work from home and our Sydney office in Rosebery or Melbourne office in Cremorne.
Despite being a predominantly remote workforce, we love to spend time together and communicate regularly. We have an annual company retreat, Christmas party and quarterly social events. We’ve done a paint and sip, gone bowling, and even tried our hand at trampolining at sky zone.
About you:
Experience working with My Aged Care or in the health care sector is very favourable but not essential. If you are a stellar administrator with a flair for customer service and a genuine care for our clients and the work we do, we can help you with the rest!
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Strong documentation, administration and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage workload, prioritise, and multitask.
A high level of interpersonal skills and confident and professional manner while speaking to clients and their families over the phone.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various teams.
Technical proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar programs.
As a healthcare organisation who works with vulnerable population groups, all staff including office based employees are required to have their full Covid-19 vaccination and booster shot when eligible.
At Vitality Club we seek to create a work environment that supports you to thrive in your career. We operate with commercial principles and a strong social purpose to create community value.
