About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Stand Well Physio & Rehab. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both in-clinic and out in the community (home visits), offering a varied and dynamic work experience. This part-time position will quickly transition to full-time for the right candidate. New graduates are welcome to apply!

As a Physiotherapist at Stand Well Physio & Rehab, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover, manage, and prevent injuries or conditions. You will deliver high-quality, personalised physiotherapy treatments to a diverse range of clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Assess patients' conditions and design tailored treatment plans to aid their recovery

Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management techniques

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Maintain detailed patient records and report on clinical outcomes

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

Experience in both in-clinic and home visit settings (new graduates welcome to apply) desirable but not essential

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills across a range of musculoskeletal conditions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients

Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
