The Role

You’ll join a dedicated in-house team responsible for delivering five live projects at a time, alongside some of WA’s best full-time trades.

Each Team Includes:

1 x Site Supervisor

1 x Senior Carpenter (Technical Build Lead)

2 x Carpenters (this role)

2 x Apprentices

2 x Labourers

In-house trades (bricklaying, concrete, cabinetry, and more)

Your Role:

Work across all stages: framing, fixout, finishing, cabinetry, decking

Coordinate daily with your team to hit quality, speed, and client review goals

Help mentor apprentices and uphold the build standard

Choose your path: stay a hands-on all-rounder, or grow into a leadership role
