Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Passionate about aged care - helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
• Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
• Live in or near Port Macquarie including surrounding suburbs Wauchope, Telegraph Point, Rollins Plains, Lake Innes, Clifton, Dahlsford, Green Meadows, Shelley Beach, Lighthouse Beach, Tacking Point, Emerald Downs, Thrumster, Riverside, Limeburners Creek or Crestwood
• Know this is not a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

• Please note: if you are an Entry Level candidate you may only be guaranteed up to 30 hours a fortnight

• Available Roles: Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
• Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Contract Hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
• Hourly Rate: $29.81 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You'll Be Doing:

• Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports, assisting with transportation for clients.

What we're looking for:

• Flexibility: Availability Monday to Friday flexibility to work evenings &/or mornings. Wednesday to Friday availability a must. Would suit someone looking for Afternoon/Evening Work. 1pm - 7pm preferred
• Commitment: To our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!)
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
