About the role

Concrete Testing Sydney is seeking an experienced Concrete Tester to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Sydney, NSW, this role will be responsible for conducting critical quality assurance and control testing on concrete materials to ensure the highest safety and performance standards are upheld across our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Performing on-site and laboratory testing of concrete samples to assess strength, durability, and other key properties

Analysing test results and providing detailed reports to project managers and engineers

Collaborating with construction teams to identify and resolve any quality issues

Ensuring all testing is conducted in compliance with relevant Australian standards and industry best practices

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all testing activities

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Concrete Tester

Thorough understanding of concrete testing methodologies and Australian construction standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test data and recommend appropriate actions

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Must be reliable
