As the manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of Red Lock Escape Rooms, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.

Great communication skills (conversing with guests, management, and staff, as well as giving clear hints and instructions).
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Manage the day-to-day operations of Red Lock Escape Rooms, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Respond to and keep track of all large group inquiries and events.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Gamemasters
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support to staff members.
Handle any attendance or behaviour infractions accordingly.
Customer Service Excellence:
Providing an exceptional customer experience in the capacity of Escape Room Game Master
Ensuring that all staff members are trained to provide a welcoming and engaging experience for customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Work to accumulate and respond to 5-star reviews left by clients.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular reviews of all facilities to ensure they meet quality standards and provide an immersive and challenging experience for customers.
Collaborate with the Owners to maintain all rooms and props in proper order.
Undertake minor repairs and arrange replacements where necessary.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage bookings and large events, including collecting deposits and payment.
Maintain in-store inventory of merchandise and track sales.
Weekly cash reconciliations
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the Owners to develop and execute promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and increase bookings.
Promote and encourage upselling by team members
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training for staff to ensure they are well-versed in escape room scenarios, customer service best practices, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff development.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety drills and inspections.
Implement emergency procedures to address unexpected situations and prioritize the well-being of customers and staff.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, incident reports, and operational metrics.
Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
