3 Days a Week (with scope to expand) | Structured Mentorship | Full-Scope Private Practice

Are you a passionate, motivated dentist looking to grow in a supportive, patient-focused environment?

We are a thriving, high end family-based dental clinic located in Western Sydney, and due to our proven marketing strategies and loyal patient base, we’re booked out 2–3 weeks in advance. We’re on the lookout for a part-time Associate Dentist (3 days/week) with the potential to expand, to join our growing team.

💼 The Role

This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate or dentist in the early stages of their career. You’ll benefit from structured, hands-on mentorship by our experienced senior clinician, who has a full-scope practice including implants, fixed/removable ortho, clear aligners, IV/nitrous sedation, and oral surgery (including wisdom teeth). You'll have direct access to this mentorship across all disciplines—including clinical communication, treatment planning, and case discussions.

Our mentorship is tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer close guidance or occasional check-ins, we make sure you're supported in the way that works best for you.

This position is for 3 days per week with flexibility for the right candidate, and the opportunity to increase days as your books grow.
