Mayo's are builders, licensed painters and electrical contractors with multiple trades employed in house. We specialise in extensions, renovations, build-ins, decks, bathrooms, kitchen renovations, internal fit outs, carpentry projects and commercial shop fitouts. Our office is based in Murarrie with work throughout the whole of Brisbane.

The Role:

Seeking a motivated, experienced and friendly carpenter with a history in completing renovations. We are looking for someone with personal drive and initiative.

What will be required of you in the role:

Ideally you would be someone who can present and communicate well to customers and fellow team members

Have experience in renovations (bathrooms, extensions, build in under)

You can work in a team or by yourself and don't mind helping fellow tradespeople from time to time

Your role can include maintenance works for real estates and building managers as well as larger projects such as decks, bathrooms, kitchens, renovations, extensions and office fit outs

You will be happy to learn how to use job software

You will be honest, take pride in your work and able to work towards deliverables

The successful Applicant will have the following:

Current QLD driver’s license

Current blue/white construction card

Certificate III in carpentry

This is a direct hire position at $38-43 per hour, plus super, personal and annual leave. The position includes a company vehicle, with tolls and diesel included and a quarterly bonus incentive.

Position includes 4 weeks of annual leave and 2 weeks of personal leave.
