About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for the diagnoses and repairs of surface and downhole electronic and mechanical systems problems.
This position reports to the L&P Maintenance Service Coordinator and will be based at our facility in Jandakot, WA.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair logging surface and downhole logging equipment
Assist in supervising, mentoring and coordinating the activities of other Technicians in the electronics lab
Utilises Correction Prevention and Improvement and Preventative Maintenance systems for record keeping of maintenance
Works with Operations Leader, Technical Manager and engineers regarding job related failure diagnosis and elimination of causes
Role Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Wireline & Perforating tool maintenance
Use Taproot investigative tools and promote JSA’s or Hazard observations
Able to travel to and work in remote operations
Full working rights for the region
Strong communication, and supervisory skills
