Your new role

You will manage the bookkeeping for 2-3 entities as well as oversee the small team and their accounts processing day-to-day. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Preparing accounts for up to 3 businesses
• Assist with head office operational accounts
• Review and load all payments
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare BAS
• Confidently work with MYOB to ensure accurate reporting
• End of month and year-end process
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

You will have worked in a senior-level bookkeeping role and be confident in offering support and leadership to others. You will also be working closely with senior management and will need to be happy to assist with management reporting and business updates as required. This role would suit someone with at least 5 years' experience in bookkeeping and be open to taking on more of a leadership-level role.
