Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced individual for the role of Team Leader within Bentley Community Mental Health, Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT).

In this role you will be accountable for the standard and coordination of care provision to consumers of Mental Health.

You will also:

• Ensure collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure patient-centred care and evidence-based service delivery for this population.
• Provide leadership, direction and management of the human, financial and material resources within ATT.
• Direct line management of Nursing and Allied Health clinicians within ATT.
