About the role

Chapters Bistro is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Currambine, WA. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our busy restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage the restaurant's budget

Foster a positive work culture and provide coaching and training to ensure staff development

Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute promotions and special events

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Analyse sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role

Proven track record of leading and motivating a customer-focused team

Strong financial management skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers

Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience

Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a busy restaurant environment
