We’re seeking a talented and security-cleared Salesforce Developer to support high-impact transformation projects within the public sector. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise solutions, working with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across multiple business units
• Configure and customise Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, permission sets, and more
• Build robust data models and integration solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Use version control and CI/CD tooling in a collaborative Agile setting
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to troubleshooting, user support, and continuous improvement

Ideal Experience:

• Proven background in Salesforce development and configuration
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ecosystem
• Experience in Agile, Kanban, or Scrum delivery environments
• Familiarity with ITIL and service transition processes
• Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience highly regarded

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must hold an active NV1 Security Clearance
• Willingness to attend the Canberra client site for 2 consecutive days per month

Salary offered: $160K + Super
