The Role:
As Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of a multi site project portfolio, each valued between totalling $1bn+ . Reporting to the state leadership team, you will ensure these projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving the delivery of a $1bn+ portfolio, managing programmes, costs, and outcomes.
• Providing strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships with both private and public sector clients.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members to strengthen organisational capability.

About You:
You are a proven leader with local experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 construction organisations. Your background spans diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, institutional, and government projects.
