Our client, a leading brand in the retail hospitality industry, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead operations at their Fremantle location. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team of casual staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and operational efficiency. This role reports directly to the National Retail Operations Manager, who is based interstate and provides regular support through site visits and remote communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, training, and mentoring a high-performing team
Creating and managing effective staff rosters in line with operational requirements
Overseeing daily production, product presentation, and in-store standards
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
Managing store financials including budgets, KPIs, and profit & loss
Promoting a strong team culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction
Building positive relationships with both customers and team members
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic, organised, and customer-centric professional with proven leadership experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Prior experience managing teams within a hospitality, food retail, or café environment
Strong people leadership and rostering capabilities
A proactive, hands-on approach to management and operations
Experience working with budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A valid food safety certification (SITXFSA001) is highly regarded but not essential
A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and team results
