As our new Administration Assistant, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements out of our Palm Beach office.

Operating in a busy environment, you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet and phone/emails.
• General administration functions, such as filing and records management.
• Providing admin support to our local team.
• Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations.

What you bring:

• Experience in a similar role and a friendly personality!
• Can-do attitude!
• Calm and well organised approach to your work.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable).
• Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help).
