We are looking for enthusiastic Assembly/Production Workers to join our team on an ongoing basis with a view for permanency. This role offers hands-on experience in the production sector and a chance to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Duties & key responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble indoor and outdoor blinds and components.
• Use hand & power tools and/or operation of fixed plant machinery.
• Manually lift & load materials.
• Contribute to manufacturing processes while adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure impeccable product quality.
• Maintain a pristine and organised workspace, fostering a safe and productive environment.
• Collaborate seamlessly and follow instructions from team members to meet daily production targets.
• Uphold health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of awareness within the plant.

• Prior experience in industrial manufacturing (advantageous).
