Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team in Melbourne. This role offers an attractive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 +super and provides the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and Investors. This is an individual contributor role that requires a high level of numeracy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making processes by providing insightful financial analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for preparing the financial model that represents the five-year business plan, tracking performance against key targets, and producing regular corporate-level management information. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies. • Prepare communications for Investors and Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and company compliance requirements.
• Preparation of the financial model representing the five-year business plan.
• Manage risk within the Business Unit in accordance with the Group's overall risk controls.
• Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance.
• Prepare Board reporting of KPIs to assess performance against the Group's strategy and objectives.
• Track performance against key targets and outcomes and produce regular corporate level management information.
