About The Opportunity
They are seeking a dynamic and creative Floral Merchandiser to join their team. This is a flexible casual or part-time position working 2-3 days per week. You will be servicing the Brisbane area.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for flowers and a knack for customer engagement. As a Floral Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in curating stunning floral displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and delivering exceptional serviced to their valued customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creatively arrange and present floral displays in-store to attract and engage customers, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet quality standards.

Regularly inspect floral inventory to identify and remove any unsaleable or expired stock, maintaining freshness and quality.

Assess customer demand and sales trends to determine appropriate quantities of fresh flower stock to be delivered to our retail locations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and foster loyalty to our brand.

About You:

Previous experience in merchandising within retail stores

Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 kgs

Ability to work independently and the drive to do what it takes to make great things happen

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Willingness to learn and has an interest in flowers

Exceptional customer service skills with great communication abilities

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Own reliable car is essential

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
