Our client PMB Defence, a leading manufacturer of main storage batteries for international defence vessels has a very exciting upcoming opportunity for Production/Manufacturing Workers. Based at their Osborne site, this position will see you joining and working with a motivated, close-knit team in the creation and assembly of battery systems in an immediate start.

Known for their brand-new state-of-the-art facilities, our client is an international success story within the Defence Manufacturing Industry, with their company culture being a testament to their on-going success. In this role, you will be offered a 40-hour working week, full-training and will also be provided with opportunities for growth and development. Workwear, PPE and daily laundry services are also supplied. Exceptional payrates, Day Shift $35.00p/h + penalties, with immediate starts.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in manufacturing and producing high quality products
• Interpreting instructions and work with SOPs
• General housekeeping
• Following high WHS standards
• Performing quality and testing checks

Successful applications will possess some or all of the following:

• Possess high attention to detail and adhere to strict quality processes
• Demonstrated experience working in an assembly or production role
• Be comfortable undertaking regular Lead in Blood testing
• Hold a current police clearance or be willing to obtain one
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
