Bar's Leaks Australia has more than 50 years of experience as a leading manufacturer of automotive chemicals in Australia. We are expanding and are looking to grow our manufacturing team.

The Role:

We are looking for a Warehouse & Production Operator to join us at our Taren Point.

Our Warehouse and Production Operators are hands-on people at the heart of making our business tick. We vary our daily activities, from picking and packing customer orders to operating our cutting-edge bottling line and even mixing chemicals for our latest car cleaning product. We make sure no two days are exactly the same.

Your Responsibilities:

Forklift operation, including high reach & double deep picking

Picking and packing of customer orders

Raw material mixing and preparation

Operation of automated and manually operated bottle-filling lines

Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace to effectively manage hazards

Working strictly to approved processed and procedures

Skills/Competencies:

Dependable and reliable

Ability to follow instructions and strive for efficiency and accuracy

Take pride in your work

Physical ability to work on your feet all day, and lift 25kg

Able to reliably and accurately complete production records for product traceability

A strong work ethic and a team player attitude

Able to take responsibility for your production area, and communicate anything of concern

Wiling to help out in other areas as needed

Prior factory experience is preferable, but not required

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
