What We’re Looking For:

A Willingness to Learn: You’ll be keen to develop your skills and knowledge in the solar industry.

Electrotechnology Pre-App Cert II Completed (essential).

Autonomy & Initiative: You can work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of your tasks.

Ready to Work Hard: We value dedication and a strong work ethic!

White Card/Construction License (essential).

Working at Heights Ticket (preferred but not essential).

Full Driver’s License (preferred).

Solar Experience (preferred, but not a deal-breaker – we’re here to train you).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and setting up solar installation projects.

Lead daily activities on-site and ensure smooth job progress.

Take the initiative to solve problems and always ask questions when in doubt.

Maintain and care for equipment, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

Assist electricians with various tasks and contribute to the success of each project.
