Fitness enthusiastics with knowledge of recovery and wellness practices

Friendly and approachable individuals who excel in customer support

Team players with a proactive attitude and attention to detail

Those with experience with sports therapy, physiotherapy or sports training ( a bonus but not essential!)

People passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for our clients

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients on arrival. Have an outgoing, friendly, approachable attitude.

Guide clients on how to safely use recovery equipment (Saunas, Compression Therapy, Plunge Pools, Hyperbaric Chamber, etc)

Manage bookings through our booking system

Maintain cleanliness of facility including wiping down equipment and light mopping as needed throughout the day

Monitor client sessions to ensure safety and provide assistance when needed

Work as part of the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
