About the role

Knight Industrial Brake & Clutch Co' is seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team in Welshpool WA 6106. This full-time role will involve hands-on assembly and process work within our manufacturing and refurbishing facility, supporting the repair and refurbishment of high-quality industrial brake components and clutches.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the assembly and refurbishment of industrial brakes, clutches and related components

Operating machinery and equipment to manufacture, test and inspect products

Performing general warehouse and logistical duties to support production

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards

Contributing to a collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Some prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, ideally in the transport or logistics industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina

A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively in a team

Welding experience
