We are currently working on a few exciting opportunities with reputable and established law firms who are based in Perth CBD. They practice technical excellence as well as personalized services to their clients' personal and business legal needs.

The Role
As a successful Legal Secretary, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Completing property settlements
• Drafting, editing and formatting a range of documents and correspondence
• Opening, closing and archiving of files
• Administrative support to the wider team including ad hoc duties like scanning, photocopying and filing etc.
• Attending to billing queries and invoices
• Supporting directors with corresponding to email and liaising with stakeholders
• Location: Perth CBD
• Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + superannuation
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

You
As a successful Legal Secretary, you will offer:

• Previous experience in settlements or as a legal secretary is a necessity
• Experience with Landgate, OSR, and PEXA
• Experience with LEAP Cloud desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
