Aurora Early Education Doncaster are looking for a Diploma qualified, hard working, experienced and fun Childcare Room Leader (Group Leader) to join our team on a full time basis.

Aurora Early Education, founded by a mother-daughter duo, is an early education service that aims to 'exceed' in all areas of service. • A “we can do this” attitude
• A positive personality that is open and reflective
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications or equivalent.
• 2 years industry experience in a similar role preferred
• Current working with Children Check
• Current Police Check
• Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
• Knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEDYLF, practice principles and reflective practices.

At Aurora, you will be supported to:

• Engage with children, creating learning opportunities and a safe environment for them to grow
• Run a room program that focuses on the individual learning and care needs of all children in your room
• Create observations and other documentation to link children's learning to the NQF and EYLF.
• Guide and mentor other Educators in your room in their professional development and growth
• Communicate and build strong relationships with families
• Work collaboratively with our leadership and management teams to better further the overall quality of the service
• Build your professional development and industry knowledge
