The Role

This role involves developing a strategic business case for new AI-driven capabilities, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and SMEs to gather requirements and define user stories
• Analyse business processes and conduct feasibility assessments for AI use cases
• Prepare comprehensive business cases with clear cost-benefit analysis
• Engage in cross-agency collaboration and contribute to a modern digital delivery team

Desired Skills and Experience

• Deep understanding of AI technologies including NLP, ML, GenAI, and computer vision
• Proven experience developing detailed business cases for complex, tech-enabled solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills
• Ability to analyse complexity across systems, platforms and business domains
